This mini program is for you! Learn to check for diastasis, how to care for your C-section scar while returning to movement, how to approach exercise if you have either of these conditions, and how to reconnect with your deep core, breathing, and pelvic floor. This program is safe to start as early as 4-6 weeks postpartum, and you’ll have one core video to work on each week, slowly increasing in intensity.
