Childbirth is the hardest workout you'll ever.
So let's make sure you have a strong pelvic floor.
Have you heard of the Pelvic Floor? Discover the crucial practices designed to support and strengthen your pelvic floor, ensuring a healthy recovery after childbirth.
We just held our first-ever prenatal educational workshop, and it was such a success!
So we thought you might like it too. Here's why...
Childbirth is the hardest workout of your life. We need to prep like it.
The more you understand your body and what’s going on physiologically, the more safely you’ll be able to exercise and move throughout your pregnancy, even up until the day you give birth.

This is going to lead to incredible outcomes like:
-
reduced risk of gestational diabetes and hypertension
-
reduced risk of pelvic floor dysfunction (ie. peeing your pants!)
-
a LOT less aches, pains, and discomfort at the end of pregnancy

I mean, who wouldn't want that, right?

For a limited time only, you can get the Pelvic Floor Training and Guide for $7 to learn exactly what you can do to have the most enjoyable pregnancy and recovery possible.
When you purchase the bundle for $7, here's what you'll learn:
-
Why pulling back from exercise is one of the worst things we can do
-
What is the abdominal canister and how do I manage pressure?
-
What are some of the scary postpartum side affects we can experience if we don't learn to manage pressure
-
The NUMBER ONE exercise for Pregnancy and Recovery and how to apply it
This workshop / PDF bundle is a fantastic place to start to learn the essentials of prenatal fitness, safe core work, and the pelvic floor.
When you sign up, you'll also receive my free bonus e-guide on achieving a healthy pelvic floor.
The pelvic floor is a sling of small muscles that sit at the base of the pelvis, whose main functions are:
-
Sexual function
-
Continence
-
Stability for the pelvis and spine
-
Supporting the weight of the organs above (i.e. uterus and baby!)
The pelvic floor goes through a LOT of stress during pregnancy due to additional weight of the uterus, hormones like relaxin causing instability, and stretching of the pelvis in preparation for birth. Not to mention the biggest demand on the pelvic floor of all: vaginal delivery.

My guide will help you take the first 5 steps to make sure that you have a healthy and strong pelvic floor!

Your Prenatal and Postpartum BFF
As a personal trainer for pregnant and postpartum women in NYC for more than 8 years, I've realized that so many women have the same questions about safe fitness and the changes happening in their bodies, and are not getting answers from traditional sources like their doctors or mainstream fitness platforms.
After gathering hands-on experience, completing multiple fitness certifications, and meeting other experts like pelvic floor physical therapists, nutritionists, mental health coaches, acupuncturists and more, I've made it my mission to bring the most informed, cutting edge, and personalized programs to as many women as possible. That's why I created Her Move.
